A Walk Around the Conveyor

In this session we will start at the tail and work our way to the head pulley. We will discuss issues that might be affecting your conveyors' performance possibly leading to downtime, increased maintenance costs, or safety concerns. We will discuss solutions to these areas. We will also take a look at best practices for belt tracking.

Ryan Senter - Deister Machine Co.

Session: Screening - The Basics of Screening and  5 Senses of Screening

The Basics of Screening:

Screening 101 explains why we select different models of screens for the application and how screen design and operating parameters are selected for the proper application.

5 Senses of Screening:

- Using your senses while in a plant to ensure equipment is maintained and operating correctly.

- Basic maintenance check points to ensure proper operation of vibrating screening equipment & safety.

Richard Snoby - Stichweh/ Snoby Separation Systems

Session: Bucketwheel  and Jigs

During Mr. Snoby's sessions "Bucketwheel and Jigs" attendees will receive valuable insights into two critical aspects.

With over 40 years of experience, Snoby, a Chemical Engineer has gained experience in mineral processing and the recovery of valuable resources from recycled waste. His primary area of expertise is jigging technology, and he holds patented advances in both wet and dry jigging equipment.

At the end of this session participants will be well-equipped to implement these techniques in their operations, leading to improved efficiency, product quality, and compliance with industry standards.
